What are you looking for?
Services get booked into a time slot, products get ordered. If what you do isn't on this list, it still belongs here — list it and it shows up in search.
Two sides, one simple handover.
StallSpace gets you found and gets the booking down in writing. The two of you take it from there — on WhatsApp, like you already would.
If you're buying
- Browse stalls in your area — by category, or just search. No account needed to look.
- Pick a slot or add things to a basket. Your slot is held from the moment you send the request, so nobody books over you.
- WhatsApp opens with the booking written out. You press send — StallSpace never messages anyone for you.
- The vendor confirms in the app, and you pay them directly.
If you're selling
- Create your stall — name, area, what you offer, a few photos.
- List services with a price and how long they take, or products with a price and stock. Prices can be fixed, “from”, or a range.
- Requests land in your dashboard, with a bell and an email. Confirm or decline in one tap.
- Mark it paid when the money lands. Your earnings add up month by month.
Your WhatsApp number stays private until someone actually books with you.
A real storefront, not another post that scrolls away.
Your own stall page
A page you can send anyone — your prices, your photos, your hours, all in one link instead of a screenshot.
Bookings with real slots
Pick the days and times you work. Slots get held when someone requests them, so you don't get double-booked.
Orders and stock
Selling things instead? Set a price and how many you have, and take orders for collection or delivery — with your own delivery fee.
Earnings you can see
What's owed, what's paid, what you made this month. StallSpace never touches the money — it just keeps the count.
Getting found is half of it. The other half is admin.
Most places give you a page and leave the rest to you — the diary in your head, the who-hasn't-paid list, the messages you keep meaning to send. StallSpace keeps all of that, so the part you're actually good at is the part you spend your day on.
It knows when you work
Set your days and hours once. Nobody can book you for a Sunday you don't work, or a 20:00 you closed at five — the app turns them down so you don't have to.
Today, already sorted
Who's coming, what they booked, what time. Anything waiting on an answer sits at the top, because that's the only thing actually blocked on you.
The awkward messages, written
Confirming, reminding, following up on money: the words are ready and WhatsApp opens with them in. You press send — nothing ever goes out in your name on its own.
The books keep themselves
What you're owed, what's come in, what you made this month. Priced a job by range? Put the real figure in and every total follows it.
You keep the customer, the payment and the relationship. StallSpace never takes a cut and never touches the money — it keeps the record.
Why not just post it on your status?
You can — but a status only reaches people who already have your number, and it's gone in 24 hours. Your customers are the same handful of people, over and over.
StallSpace is how everyone else finds you. We do the discovery and the booking. You keep the customer, the payment and the relationship — we're not in the middle of your hustle, just the reason someone found it.
Built for dealing with people you don't know yet.
Your number stays private
It's shared with the other person only once you have a confirmed booking or order together. Never on the public page.
Every deal has a reference
What was agreed, at what price, on what date — recorded, and it can't be quietly edited afterwards by either side.
Report anything
Any stall, listing or person can be reported. Reports go to a real moderation queue, and a suspended stall disappears from StallSpace.
The things everyone asks first.
What does it cost?
Nothing to browse or book, ever. For vendors it's free to join and free to list right now, and StallSpace takes no commission on anything you sell — you're paid directly by your customer.
When we do introduce a flat listing fee, you'll see it on your own dashboard first, with time to sort it out before anything changes on your stall.
How do I get paid?
Directly, by the customer — EFT, cash, SnapScan, Zapper, Capitec Pay, whatever the two of you agree. StallSpace doesn't process payments and never holds your money, so there's nothing to wait for and nothing to withdraw.
You mark a booking as paid in the app when the money lands, and it counts toward your monthly earnings.
Does StallSpace message the vendor for me?
No — and we're deliberate about that. When you book, WhatsApp opens with all the details already typed out, and you press send. Nothing goes out in your name without you doing it.
The vendor also sees the request in their dashboard straight away, so it reaches them either way.
Is my WhatsApp number public?
No. Your number is only shared with someone once you have a confirmed booking or order with them. It never appears on a public stall page, and it's not visible to people just browsing.
Do I need to be a registered business?
No — and you don't need to be a side hustle either. Someone doing nails between lectures, a weekend baker, a tutor, a photographer, a laundry, a mechanic, a shop that's been trading for fifteen years: all of it belongs here, on the same terms.
How accurate are locations and distances?
Approximate. A stall is placed by the area its owner picked — a suburb or township — not by an exact address, so “3 km away” is a rough guide. Confirm the exact spot with the stall owner before you go.
Stalls further away still show up, because plenty of vendors deliver or courier, and some are worth the trip.
How new is StallSpace?
New enough that you'd be early, and finished enough to use: you can set up a stall and take real bookings today. We're still adding to it, and still shaping it around what the first vendors actually need.
If something's missing or broken, tell us — our contact details are at the bottom of this page, and everything reported gets looked at properly.
What if something goes wrong with a booking?
Because payment happens directly between you and the other person, StallSpace isn't a middleman who can refund you. What we do give you is a record of what was agreed, and a report button — reports go to a moderation queue, and stalls that abuse the platform get suspended and removed from Discover.
Still stuck? Our WhatsApp and email are at the bottom of this page.
Your space. Your hustle. Your StallSpace.
Set up a stall in the next ten minutes, and be findable by tonight.
